This means you cannot feed downstream computers or devices with currency data. The data is licensed to you, not sold. When you buy an API key you do not become the owner of the data and you can not redistribute it or resell it.
Xurrency.com is not responsible for damages or not received benefit by user caused of not working of service due to objective reasons. User is responsible for granting of proper data while using services of Xurrency.com.
Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the duration shall be for a period of one year. However, it is understood and agreed that the Company reserves the right to suspend the User's account at its discretion, should there be any suspected violation of the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement. Prior to any such suspension, the Company shall provide the User with notice and an opportunity to be heard in order to determine whether or not the User's continued use of the Xurrency.com platform is appropriate.
We are unable to offer technical support for the integration of our data into third-party applications. Our clients are responsible for implementing the necessary integration steps within their own applications.
